Your Visit

|
When you first arrive at The Picture Framer,
you will be greeted by one of our framers. They will place
your artwork on our design board and then the fun begins.
They will assist or guide you through the framing process.
You will be offered choices of moulding, to compliment the
art or perhaps your decor. |
 |
 |
They will work with you to
find the best mat to compliment the piece. Maybe a double
mat or an elegant french line might suit your taste. Your
project may require a selection of glazing. Clear, UV, plexi,
non-glare, anti-reflection, or museum glass, which our framers can
show you and explain to you the best use of each type. They can
quickly work up cost estimates to conform to your budget
tastes. If your project requires special construction or
handling, John has a
complete wood working shop downstairs and a lifetime of experience to aid you in achieving the desired
effect. |
| Once you've made your framing
choices, your order will be entered in our computer system.
This will allow us to keep track of your order and to maintain a
record of your past selections. If you decide that you would like
to frame another piece in a similar style, we can instantly
call up your original order and match your design choices.
We'll remember that tax number you're always forgetting, or
that subtle color of mat. |

When you leave artwork with The Picture
Framer, whether it is a sentimental piece, heirloom, or art
investment, it will be carefully stored and handled. Artwork,
while it is on the premises, is insured and it's storage
location is recorded. |
| When completed you will be
notified by phone, so that we can arrange for you to pick up
your framed artwork. We hope this piece, and every piece you
frame with us, will become a cherished possession that will
give you years of pleasure. Thank you for choosing The
Picture Framer. I hope you've enjoyed this tour. |
